I picked up this car a few months back, with the intention of spec'ing it up to an elite, and installing a WVO twin-tank system. Unfortunately I have far too many cars now, and I completely under estimated how much time a new baby takes up!!
As a result, this one is now up for sale...
It's a 1995 (M) 2.5 TD in CD spec. It has the reliable 6-cylinder
BMW turbo diesel engine, mated to a
manual gearbox. It's covered approx. 120,000 miles.
The car has been standing for a year or so, and needs a little bit of TLC here and there. However, if you are in the market for a solid, reliable workhorse with loads of space, this could well fit the bill.
The car has no Tax or MOT, and is currently registered as SORN. I have driven the car though, and I can't see it needing much work to get it through another MOT. Probably tyres and brakes as you would expect.
All the windows from the B-Pillars back have been tinted, which is handy if you have any gear in the back.

£400 in my sky rocket gets it, otherwise I'll probably end up breaking it! We all know what these engines are worth.
