would be a good idea if you had a car a few years old , and wanted to buy a new one  - sell your car privately, buy an old banger to get the $2000 trade-in - that's if you want a new car ( does an electric car with a radius of 100 miles really count as a car - does it come with a long extension lead?)

I'll give up when I run out of duty-free @ £2.05 a 50g pouch , however seem to keep buying it at that price- when I have to pay UK price then I will give up ( maybe)

must admit am new this this sort of stuff, and generally am impressed- however was surpirised at some of the stuff on it recently-- hope will come back in a civilised manner

on a simliar subject- MP's expenses - many people on DHSS are getting locked up for a fraction of what the MPs 'cllaim' legitimately- presumably best defence would be - 'am practising for a career in politics' - so now't changes
