Newbie Welcome Area / Just a quick Hello

I recently bought a 2001 Omega 3.2 V6 Elite estate, having previously had a 2002 2.2 Diesel estate (Y22DTH engine) as well as 3 Carltons (and an ancient Victor) and, more recently, a 1.6 Zafira.

A 22 year old car obviously has some issues, and I hope I can benefit from your collective wisdom to address some of these.
