Looked after wifey who's in bed with the virus.
Quite right too :y

You looking after her rather than the reason why. Obviously.

Hopefully she is past the worst of it and back on her feet soon :y
She'll be fine, back at work Monday, no doubt. She gets out of jail on Friday, I have to self isolate till Monday. I'll still be giving her a wide berth over the weekend, I'm pretty sure it doesn't just switch itself off after ten days.
Nothing is ever that simple, but sounds like good news ;)

And at least we'll have an actual perspective of what it's like...  :-X
It's different for everyone, of course. But the track and trace texts, emails and phone calls must be as ficking annoying for all.

That doesn't sound like a barrel of laughs, delighted to hear she's over the worse.

Stay safe.
She's relatively young, Jaime, and fit (Great North run, etc). I don't want it cause I'm old, and you don't want it cause you're fat  ;D
I'm old and fat. Ergo, I'm foooked if it gets much higher round here.

And whilst I like to think I am at the peak of physical fitness....

You're less than a year older than my missus, so definitely not old. Seriously, no matter how blasé you are about the virus, it makes you think dark thoughts when someone close catches it. I've had lots of time to ponder and, in the dark of night, your mind can play some nasty tricks. Mostly I worried about how others would cope if I weren't here, not about me. Not my usual state of mind but, like I said.......those dark nights   :-X

With no1 son getting frowned upon for a little wheel spin and later application of the throttle.

I certainly wasn't trying to make light of it.  It worries us enough, we are staying in as much as possible, and definitely trying to avoid the great unwashed.  Whilst I like to think (hope) either of us would not get hit too hard if we got it, you can never tell.

We're lucky, we are both able to work at home mostly.

Still, I'm hopeful Halloween will be cancelled this year.

Cheers, Dave. She'll certainly weigh a bit more, I've been placing hearty meals at the foot of the stairs all week, and getting empty plates back. No doubt it will be my fault that she needs a new wardrobe.  :(
