Compressor is under the front right hand wing, behind the headlight. You need to remove the wheel arch lining to get access to it.

As to reconnecting I suppose it depends on the condition ... if its not been used and is all corroded ... probbably not a good idea ... might be better off getting a known working one from a breakers ??

You'll be able to reconnect you compressor from under the front of your car without removing the inner wing ..... I did (the car was on ramps ;)). Mine was disconnected when I bought my car (years ago) and all was well when plugged back in.  :y

I'm not sure what engine or spec your car is but on the diesel Elite's the pump is halfway under the floorpan where's the V6's have it behind the front bumper / wing.

you could try to reconnect power with the pipes disconnected just to check the compressor runs .. this would also ensure any crap is blown out and not into the air lines ??? Just a thought ???

I think your first picture is of your seconday air injection pump  :-/ No idea on your second.
My self levelling compressor is on MY driver's side of the car, under the corner of the bumper & wing.
