Large crack has appeared on my windscreen, potholes. Anyway fully com insurance. Do I need to contact my insurance company 1st or does the windscreen company do it. and does this effect no claims bonus. Or is it just a case of paying excess. cheers.

My 12 year old son has just came in from his guitar lesson there and asked me to ask you kind folk on OOF if you's would take time out to vote for his guitar tutor at this years GUITAR IDOL.
