A load of car for little money, sounds like a potential oil cooler problem though, easy enough to fix too..

Exactly what I suggested in my question to him, but his reply does imply it's CHG
im pretty certain it is the head due to as soon as u fill the resovoir up with water and crank the car it is like a fountain coming out of the exhaust!...

I did try to run the idea past Mrs Andy B but considering there's my Omega, diseasal Astra & TDM plus her Astra she said [size=24]NO[/size]  ;D

In his advert he states the car runs, if it is the head gasket leaking as badly as he states I wouldn't have thought it would fire on the effected bank :-/ Nice cheap project car
