What an utterly ridiculous situation to get themselves into, and shows to whole world what a bunch of clowns they are in 10 Downing St. 

How the hell have they let this escalate?    All they had to say to the Greeks is, You can ask but the answer will be no...

Incidentally, a museum in Germany handed over some Benin Bronzes worth millions to Nigeria recently and they were promptly sold off to private collectors!

Well it depends how much they want them eh?     

Maybe when they get their WW2 reparations from Germany they'll be able to buy them?   

Or maybe their benevolent masters in Brussels will stump up?
