WHat setiing ....is it 8 lb/f ... as my manual odes not specify???

at work so cant check but i have a figure of 8nm in my head - which isnt too tight ( you dont want to overtighten these)

I recall 8nm being mentioned in the past as well.

My torque wrench only has lb/foot ...what does 8 nm equal
