Air vents dial illumination
« on: 27 January 2007, 01:56:24 »

Are the controls for opening and closing the air vents supposed to be illuminated on a 1998 MV6? None of mine currently light up but I've seen a pic with them illuminated. If so first check is the bulbs, where are they located (I assume it uses a light guide type thing to channel the light to the right places).

the on and off indicators should light up
not exactly sure of where the bulbs would be located - presumably just behind the appropriate vent, via a light guide as you say

Side or centre vents?

Side ones illuminated by bulb that is accessed from semi circular panel accessible with door open.

Centre ones need vents removed...
