Title: Cam sensor needed
Post by: Duke01 on 07 April 2024, 12:17:56
Where can I source a genuine cam sensor from these days?

Also can anyone tell me if all the V6 ones are the same? Id imagine they are..
Its for a 3.2

Given the near indestructability of the V6 Cam sensor, you'll get away with one from a breaker.

Managed to source a genuine sensor,
Unfortunatley, it has a square plug and not an oval one, I hadn't thought to check first.

Square plugged v6 sensor ready to post if anyone wants it.

Also, i thought its just the one cam sensor on the V6,

Is this correct?
Or is there one on each bank?

Just the one. Lives ahead of the oil fill cap.
