Driven the Range Rover to the farm where I store the caravan & fitted a pair of new gas struts to the front locker, while I was there another guy in a Passat estate could not budge his van as the wheels had sunk into the grass hitched the RRS up & pulled it out no problem..😎

Drove it back from Norwich. Plug and lead change seems to have sorted the misfire issue.

Been to Scarborough this aft. I had to drop wife and son in South Bay and drive about two miles away from the front to park up. I took the dog for a walk and waited in the car to be summoned back. It was absofûckinlutely rammed.

Just ordered a new fuel pump for me builder's van Omega ,genuine Bosch £30 delivered .
had a couple of crank no start episodes  ::)
rev counter works when cranking, fuel pump relay replaced .
the delivery hose at the top of the fuel pump is deteriorated ,outer split, exposing cords  :-\
I'll chop off the 40mm of hose effected and see how that pans out  .

40mm less hose between the tank and engine should add 25 BHP  :D

Although the Omega is not yet ready to go for an MoT have re-insured it as it would be 2 yrs next month since it was last insured and I didn't want to lose NCD. £100 for the year so not that bad.
