The gap is getting bigger.

Just filled up.

£156.9 for proper fuel.

£187.9 for the sooty fuel.

That's 31p for each litre. :o :o :o :o :o

Almost as cheap to drive the Boxster to work as the clit - if it ever goes again.  ;D

I remember (back in t'day) in 1974, that I used to fill up my Mini on payday and I had a good amount of change out of a fiver. And that was putting 3 star in - although when I was a bit skint towards the end of the month, I resorted to putting 2 star in.....
My mate whose Dad had a Triumph 2.5PI company car ran it on 5 star - 100 octane. Even a full tank of that good stuff would have only been in the region of £10.....
The good old days.......still cheaper than the equivalent cost at todays prices.

Thanks Putin and Opec cutting production by 2 million barrels a day .

Paid 2.00 euros today for diesl. ( we get 20 cents off per litre from that price) unleaded was about 1.75.

Yes when Sleepy Joe took over nearly two years ago America was self sufficient in oil and gas.

Not long ago he had to go to Riyadh to smooze the Saudis to pump more oil..... That went well!  ;D

There was an impressive traffic jam on a road at the outskirts of Malaga at 6.30 on Friday morning, easily a kilometer long leading up to a roundabout...

Also no shortage of traffic between the airport and city centre at 4pm on both Thursday and Friday  :-X

No shortage of people out on either evening too... The only interesting thing was the preference for cash everywhere except in the supermarkets and hotel.

He may be back for four more years if still alive in 2024.

Can you imagine him in 2028. 8)

Give thanks to our European leaders and their magnificent "sanctions"
I see that you are from Spain, me too and close to your area. The price of diesel is insane, luckily mine is v6 glp and at Repsol it stays at 0.70, I hope it lasts!

Given that the current penchant for diesel bashing shows no sign of relenting, I am seriously considering a switch back to petrol... My man maths suggests that a nice petrol V8 could be run for less than a diesel V6... Currently 25ppl difference without even trying.  :-\

One of the local undertakers still has a Montego hearse that would be ideal for you :)

Don't think my wife would be willing to spend enough money to see me in the back of a Montego. >:D

More likely to be a cardboard coffin and a large hole in the back garden.

Job done....thirty quid. :y

I'll be past caring. :)
