What I think it's about is that this young lad has identified as a female, has decided she is a lesbian and is pissed off that other lesbians don't want to have sex with him/her/them because he/she/they have a penis, and says that the lesbians have 'penis trauma'!

To identify as a Jersey Royal when it's just a king Edward  it deserves to be skinned alive, sliced and fried in oil 
Jersey royals have Protected Designation of Origin status ,like Cornish pasties

was it fat with red blotches  = king Edward
small, thin skinned (so easily offended  ) possibly a Jersey Royal  ,though there are imposters about
