Good evening. A mate has a signum 1.9tdi auto th
e question is when slowing down to a stop the car judders like it does not know what gear it wants. Would a gearbox oil change solve this and if so do we do it the same way as a omega.

An oil change is always going to be worth while and it will also allow you to check if there is water in the auto box fluid (a known issues with the coler built into the rad).

I assume the brake light switch is working ok

Yes brake light switch works fine.
