Dear all,
My cruise control suddenly stopped working. :(
I did the paper clip test (while engine was not running) and got codes 12 , 31. The fuses all seem to be OK.
Is there any other tests that I could do to find the cause of problem?
With kind regards

The paper clip test wont show any cruise control fault codes, only engine ones.
The favourite is th brake switch but, the ideal is to check live data using tech2 to confirm first.

There is an identical thread, rasied only yesterday in ICE and Electrical

Many thanks for the pointers Marks DTM Calib and Albatross.
I managed to trace and fix the problem. It was the wiring... the"multiway connector" being loose (without the side clip locked in) at the Actuator control unit below the coolant expansion tank.
The cruise control is now working fine :y
With kind regards
