Tried undoing the star bolt to get the front abs sensor out and failed , thought it was turning but now its rounded  :(
Whats the best plan of action to get the blighter out , not much room to manoeuvre in there .

When refurbing the front suspension I attempted to do the same. I was lucky, I got the stud out, however, the only way of actually extracting the sensor is to rip the little bleeder to shreds and replace with a brand new one.

Originally in the factory they were a push fit, but 20 years of rust basically glues them in. So only attempt if you have a brand new one spare handy.  :)
