A spokesperson for the Attorney General's Office has confirmed that the sentences given to Emma Tustin for murder and Thomas Hughes for the manslaughter of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes have been referred "for review to determine whether they were too low"

I doubt if they will ever get out alive, the punishment squad in jail doesn’t take well to these scum.

I can only speak personally, and I believe I've said this before on here. If this young lad was a relative of mine, they'd be dead the day after they were released.

Appeals can go both ways. Especially if is decided that emotion played any part in the sentencing.
