It appears after a lot of grief, swearing and hard work, the bumper is nigh on finished :)

Well  this has been fun for Glyn....not.

After what should of taken roughly a week, has turned into nearly 2 months  :(

This has been due to rough weather, work/life commitments and a bumper that seems to react with everything attached to it  ???

After almost getting it finished the first time round, the next morning all the top coat has cracked and rippled etc and looks cr8p  >:(

So the next job was to...

with a stanley blade back to the beginning.

Then after several attempts going backwards and forwards to a bodyshop and then spraying on his driveway in between wind and rain, he gets to this point...

In the last picture, the white stuff he tells me is polish dust  ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D

There are a couple of spots that are still not right and do not want to play ball, but overall it looks good in the pictures  :)

Now just waiting for SWMBO to surface from her pit, so I can pop down and collect  :D :D :D :D

Looking forward to actually seeing it again AND putting it on the car  :o

Well I popped down to see Glyn lunchtime to see & collect the bumper!!

It looks good and pleased with the result although Glyn did point out certain areas that were not playing the game and would not set right. Fortunately, most are hidden from view ;)

Thank you Glyn for your patience in sorting this bumper and the effort you put into it :y

I fitted it late this afternoon and here is the result, although it was piddling down whilst trying to fit it ::)

Starting to look the part now, although the whole car needs a damn good clean and polish!!
