Remove parcel without blind. Refit parcel shelf with blind, plug it in & fit switch ..... so they say!
I've removed my shelf/blind ages ago, & the only problem was a bit of stray rear screen glue was holding he shelf in too. It gave in in the end!

yours should have the wiring already to be honest and is just a case of out with the old and in with the new and connnect the wiring..

Dont forget to get the switch in the dash to work it though

I've fitted one to my CDX -  only couple of little problems were that the wiring plug connector was different as the blind came from a pre-facelift and the slot for the seat belt cover needed adapting slightly so that the trim piece clipped in properly

Wiring should be up under shelf in boot on left hand side

As said, get the dash switch (about £10 from Vx) which is plug and play

Other than that it was pretty straight forward, the guide below helped me....................
