the Lowcost can be good if u spend money on it, Haynes do the book about building it for £250 but its not that easy, some bits are from old 60's fords and others, me and a friend built one for about £2500, but it was great fun! ;D

i will say this is a very friendly forum, there is another one i go on which i wont mention and the first thing is they took about 2 months to reply to my email just so i could log on to there site! and the next thing is it is so clicky! sort of if u dont have the rite type of car then they dont even answer and question! if they dont want people with certain cars on there they shouldnt let u join the club which it supports....

oh i see, on my Mustang i use the cooler in the rad aswell, wonder why VX didnt put it in the rad? after all they have been there for years on alsorts of cars...

oh right, what sort of cost is it to do? so its worth looking at cars that are for sale saying the head gasket is gone? it could be the cooler then? what are the signs its the cooler?

Hi, im quite new to this site but i was just wondering if anyone that has had the oil cooler problem on the V6 has instead of replacing it they have just blocked it off and used an external on?
