Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Re: A/C fan staying on.

Showing my Omega ignorance here, but generally this is what I would try on any other marque
I`d be looking to unplug and disconnect any water temperature sender units, or block sender units to see if any of those has a difference. If it does, identify the sender with a view to replacing it.
Are you sure its an A/C problem, and not simply a cooling fan that is coming on because it thinks the engine is overheating?
:-/
Thanks for your reply Dave .
I was assuming it's an A/C problem because the driver's side A/C fan comes on as soon as i switch on the ignition(engine running or not, A/C on or off, ECO on or off and engine hot or cold)but does stop if you remove the 30amp fuse.
What actually operates(tells the fan to start)the fan, is it a sensor and if so where is it situated?
I know the fan between the engine and rad. is operated by the switch under the top hose and this works fine(comes on just about 97/98 or so)but is there another switch in the rad. for the A/C fans(not seen the pass. side fan work yet)or as above is this operated by something else?
Cheers,
Pete .
