The only one I've tried was the windscreen protector, I think it was G3


Compared to the Rain-X that I've used for years: it's much fussier to apply; it doesn't work quite as well; an application lasts about six months rather than about a month; it costs much more.


So I only bought the one lot, that cost about £20 and gave about 18months use on one car. I've since gone back to Rain-X, which costs about £5, and lasts me about 2 years across 4 vehicles.


Although I like a clean car, I'm not into the obsessive polishing - sorry - detailing that seems to require 3 different unctions for each surface. Nor do I like the entire car dipped in a vat of lacquer look that the new polishes create.

  was looking at two, an hoover as wifey thinks the henry is now too heavy also the power assisted ladies bike. the less lifts I have to give her the less I get complained about driving too fast,

G tech make battery operated vacuums, mowers, bikes, never heard of screen protector.

I have seen the vacuum cleaner in action... It's very good

SWMBO has an upright gtech 'Hoover' for upstairs, apparently the Dyson is heavy to carry upstairs. It seems OK

Swmbo has the vac cleaner it seems to keep her quiet  and the customer service is good two she had a problem with the agitator brushes jamming it had actually melted the plastic bits I managed to get it going but she contacted customer services and she got almost a new machine just minus battery, all the filters are washable etc
She also has the hand held vac and that works well too
And for outdoors she has just bought the Gtech strimmer she did have an issue with this breaking the blades but again a call to customer service and she got some replacements FOC no questions
I think she said this deal says she gets blades for life with this
So thumbs up from her
I had a quick look at the bikes you are looking at over £1000 for these

i've got 2 small bottles of G4 & G5 i've not got around to trying - had them for about 18 months - must get round to trying them

Pretty well balanced so it would certainly help with the stairs 

I don't know about the electric bike but the batteries they use seem to be of decent quality and if the motor is of the same, I don't see a problem

I too have seen this ad as me and wifey are moving in to a home in August September time.

My jobs are washing up, hoovering, gardening / mowing lawns etc and of course keeping the cars running.

Now, washing up I've mastered. Gardening is enjoyable and the cars I can fix. But hoovering is a shite nasty job I hate. It's one of those jobs that makes me question the existence of the modern man.

Anyways anything to make this torrid task easier. So I'm considering taking up the deal they advertise. So long story short, anyone got a real life review I'd love to hear it

  why I was asking I bought the wife a cheaper version from lidl , its ok for power but soon gets clogged up so now she fancies the GTECH hoover.

As I said, have seen in action and briefly used one. Very good, easy and effective. Only comment I would make is that it doesn't seem to make quite such compact bales of dirt as the ads imply. Bat still very good
