We have central heating insurance with British Gas.Not sure of cost but around the £300 mark per year.Annual service and emergency call outs parts and labour included.Never had a problem with them always been prompt and efficient.Just called them as 3-way valve stuck here within 2 days new valve and new pump fitted and boiler serviced in all excellent service would thoroughly recommend them if you want peace of mind for your Mum

I replaced my elite with a w220 about 3 years ago. It is a 2005 and had 48000 miles on the clock and cost £6500. It is better on fuel than the omega even though it is a 3.7 v6. Only problem has been parking sensors touch wood. It is great to drive but you can't fit a tow bar to it either.

We had to have the house valued for probate. Be careful though one estate agent wanted to charge nearly a grand for this, the rest did it for free hoping to get the sale. We had three valuations and used an average.

If there was a mrs Percy who was joint owner of said property I think her inheritance tax allowance can transfer to uncle Percy's estate making the limit £650,000 but I don't know the ins and outs of how it works so expert advice is needed

Just thought I would let anyone with one know that my 06 model decided to catch fire outside my house yesterday. Damage confined to BCM and loom but could have been worse if I had not been in. The BCM is situated under the steering wheel and controls indicators, alarm and immobiliser so if you are having trouble with any of these it might be prudent to check said BCM
