mirror or frame?
If its a normal lamp - I dont know, please attach photo.
If it a beam (lens) - this might be broken adjuster. I should have few within next weeks - had 10 and sold within 5 days. It's common and thats what this guide is for.
If you want you can attach some photos - I will try to help you wht to do.

Those two screws are to adjust the lamp. One is vertical ore is horizontal.

Thats great. Thanks, so if I was to park say 1 metre away from a wall how high up should the beam be?/ :-/

Better idea is to stand ca 10m from the wall. Beam should be ca 10cm below the height of the centre of the lamp (bulb or beam).
I think it should be 1.2 or 1.6% slope - check on the headlight. This should be marked there.
So if you are for example 10m away from the wall, centre of the beam should be 13cm below the centre of the bulb (10m x 1,3% = 13cm)

Best method for beam setup diy fashion is to drive as close to a wall as you can get and stick some tape on the wall where the bright centre stripe of the beam is.

Then reverse back 4-5 meters and adjust the headlights so the beam is just under tape marker you just applied.
