my latest edition
« on: 15 April 2013, 18:41:58 »

Here is a pic of my irmy mig towing my latest edition. Needs a bit of work bur just stripped and scrapped my old silver mig. Didnt manage to get the engine or box out of it which was disappointing as the engine was changed 5 years ago and was brand new when fitted and had only covered 6k when I scrapped it. Anyway let me know what you think. Its a 97 2.5td manual. I know its not going to be to everybody's liking but when I saw it I had to get it. :y

Anything out the ordinary is good in my book  :y

Is it a track car, or is it road legal ? TD being an odd choice for a track car due to the turbo lag I expect the latter  ;)

Why is that then?

The combined weight of car and trailer is waaaaaaaay above the legal limit that an Omega is allowed to tow.

Using which figures Nige. Omega's gross train weight is almost 4tonnes (3960kg) so it gives you about half a tonne for the trailer ......  :-\ :-\

As above if you passed your test before 1997 & 3500kg if after 1997
