It's not trans critical views it's gender critical views which is what 99% of people hold.

Gender critical views simply mean you think a woman can't have a dick and a man can't have a fanny.

So he says ‘ 'I don't think I'm ever going to change some of the bigots out there's minds, I'm never going to win that argument with them’. 
Why would he want to change our minds, and what argument.    Is he saying that they (that’s not a pronoun by the way, it’s plural  ) are allowed their opinions but we’re not allowed ours.
As Rog says, they should welcome anyone through their doors. In Wickes in Aylesbury there are normally just a handful of customers, they can’t survive like that.

I worked directly with (against) this guy when Wickes were part of Travis Perkins. This sort of nonsense is bang on trend for him. I see the share price is down 3%.
