Alternative sources would include Haynes and Autodata.  ;)

Haynes don’t cover the FL Omega although I haven’t searched on their website using the engine code. I also haven’t checked Autodata, that site had slipped my mind. Although at £50 a month it’s not really a viable option.
The engine is the same as the 2.5/3.0 with the exception of the lower tensioner not being adjustable.

If you don't use Autodata, what do you use at work?  ???

As for copying the dvd, that would be in breach of the copyright on it. The whole point is that by buying it from the shop you contribute to cost of the running of the Forum.

Obtaining it elsewhere, free or otherwise, goes against that principle.

Send TheBoy a PM about the DVD as he looks after the shop.
Thanks  :y

Also .as a little extra "practical experience"  last time I looked there were a few videos of the job on YouTube.either as the omega or the Cadillac catera version. Always worth watching but as others have said it isnt a particularly complicated or difficult job to do and carefull attention to getting it accurate is worth it
