Coolant Low Level Warning
« on: 31 July 2023, 22:44:33 »

Good evening

I have a 3.0 Petrol Estate, year 2000. Where can I find the sensor which gives a 'Coolant Level is Low' message, please?

Respectfully

Barry

On the header tank for the cooling system.

Also used for topping up, I believe it has 2 wire attached .

its usually an issue with the float inside the lid/tube. this operates a reedswitch under the tank. it can be replaced if its the actual reedswitch thats faulty( or another working lid.)
otherwise just join the 2 wires andcheck level manually.
