Omega General Help / auto box problem

hi to you all.....i have a 98 3litre elite estate with 130000 on the clock..when i select drive it sometimes feels like it is trying to pull off in a high gear.i have no change up and down.nor no kickdown.1 2 and 3 are fine.computer says.auto box and check light is lit..if i pull over turn off engine and fire her up again gear box works in drive fine..the problem is eratic and i never no when this is going to happen..it can be fine for days then play up..ie i did a 90 mile trip with no problems.parked up at home that night fine...got in car next morning no drive..i drove it in 1 2 and 3..left it stood at work for 8 hours..got in it end of day...you guessed it..drive working fine...it is fine at the moment....any advice please...cheers mark

first bike gilera 50

dare i say...bought a brand new honda super dream 250

then 1 z650.which when i picked up stalled about 5 times as the back wheel was in low line gutter

then i buoght another one

and another

and another

and another

and just one more

thing is i forgot to get rid of the other 5 z650.witch pleased the other halve..mind you she did work for kawasaki uk wich was very handy
they were all dif models from the b1 to the c3

kawasaki gpz1100 eddie lawson rep.....totaly stripped it and rebuilt to high standard....lots of chrome...new paint....again all helped by haveing someone on the inside

zx10...totaly mint

present bike zzr1100.again mint and standard...never been dropped.......YET

just for the record.the kawasaki wife had to go but the kawasaki bikes still in my life
