Whats this for?

I was having a butchers round the engine bay fuse/relay box and found a dangling single wire with a rather large plug  :o , just out of curiosity, does anyone know what is for? it doesnt go anywhere or plug into anything as everything apart from the fan diag plug is populated.

Wire is Blue/Black

I think it's for the rain sensitive wash/wipe, or possibly day running lights. :-\ Can't remember but it's some option that hasn't been fitted on that model.
