Title: Steroid injections ?
Post by: omegod on 16 October 2014, 07:44:28
Not the anabolic type ! Getting some in my finger joints today to try and resolve trigger finger which has meant I can't work for the last month = no pay :(

Anyone had this done as I believe it's a bit "uncomfortable"  :o

I've had a couple in my shoulder over the years, no problem at all ...... but there's a bit more meat in your shoulder than your finger.  ;)

I've also had an anaesthetic in my little finger to remove the remnants of the finger nail ............ I almost hit the ceiling!!!!!!  :o

Had a steroid injection in my heal about 20 years ago now.

Very painfull into the bone. But it did the trick. No  muscle in your fingers so you might "wince" a bit.
