Relaxing in the conservatory, are we?

I shall have a new 'state of the art' conservatory soon. The old one dates from 1978. :y

Remember, its not a conservatory.......it is an orangery.....and make sure you tell the insurance company that (as it isn't actually a conservatory). Then they have to build a replacement proper extension to modern building regulations rather than a glorified shed!

Yes well this time just remember that their returns policy isn't based around launching the tools into orbit in order to send them back to the shop.

Seriously though, MM (both shop and online sales) were helpful in getting me duplicate receipts. Excellent customer service :y
