Hmmmm........I wonder ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Danny, I assume it's standard on the MV6 but I'm not 100% sure as it's the first MV6 I've owned but I'm sure other owners will be able to confirm.

Ive seen one around here, the Silver seems to be standard (as was carbon fibre on pre-facelift)
Nice looking, unconvinced on the wheels myself, but thats personal taste.

very nice :y :y 8-)

I could have bought it with the Irmscher wheels but I think the Azev's kinda set it off, but as you say, it's a matter of personal preference. The major disadvantage is that you do get a much higher level of tyre noise on the m-way and replacing them is going to be damn expensive. On the plus side it corners like it's on rails!! 8-)

I'd been waiting on you posting some pic's Bob.
Man that's a good looking car! :( I'm inclined to say it's my most favouritest car ever.
It took me a while to get used to the Azev's too TBH, but they were bought in emergency circumstances when I discovered my rear tyres were bald!! :-[ They were originally intended for a Carlton GSI I had at the time.
Once the dust had settled and it was time to consider putting the original wheels back on it, I could't bring myself to do it. OK the Azev's are a little, how shall I say, characaturish, <sp?>, but I believe they belong with the car.
As you might be able to see from this low quality pic', it doesn't look quite so muscular. I have another picture courtesy of The Cumbria Scamera partnership from a couple of years ago, but I can't lay my hands on it at the moment!! :-[

Yep, I remember you sending me that pic Rod. Still looks good but as you say, somewhat less muscular :-?
BTW, I like the comparison piccies - interior seem to have lost a few gadgets in one of them;) ;D

Sorry Mark, I did consider you when I was getting round to selling it as I knew you wanted one, but I did promise Bob first refusal f'n years ago and I do try to keep to my word.

Looking very nice Bob, I am jealous as you have the interior trim I want :y

Absolutley love the Azev A's ,first time I've seen them on an Omega. I 've got a set on a Manta .
Do you know what offset they are and do they catch on the arches front or rear ?
Very ,very nice estate I wish you all the best with it.
Don
-
thats a fine looking estate, those rims really make it stand out. They look almost like LC alloys to me, but they make it look a lot meaner than the standard alloys. Very, very nice....
Had you been selling in 6 months or so I would have had that :'(

Thanks Don :y I really don't have a clue what offset they are but I'm sure Big Rod would know. No, they don't catch the arches at all, not even over bumpy roads or road humps. The only thing I have to be careful about with road humps is the front spoiler grounding. ::)

Thanks for all your comments guys - really appreciated :y :y :y

I think you'll find it OK, just be careful with the full length road humps, and the larger smaller ones that are built higher than they should be. You could always just drive on roads without humps, but thats getting nigh on impoossible these days, especially in London 8-)

and the larger smaller ones
;D ;D ;D

Lovely motor Bob. :y :y

Seen the bad beastie in the flesh today........Looks as bad up close as in the pics ;D....Lovely motor :y

I can't remember the off-set exactly off the top of my head.
Bob, it should be written on the wheel somewhere as an 'ET' number.
What I do know is that they're the same dimensions as Lotus Carlton/Omega wheels.
As far as fouling the bodywork's concerned, I've never had a problem even when I toed a laden car transporter the other day and the tread disappeared into the arch, but the rubber never made contact.
(Don't worry Bob, it was only for a few miles!!)

I went to Donnington Park services last Saturday to pick up the family. Now granted, I wasn't messing about, but I had to fill the tinker four times in one day!!! Ouch!!!

Aye, that is it's forte.
Sad thing is, it makes driving anything less powerful quite frustrating when that's what you've been used to for a couple of years!! ::)
-
Yep...its got a lovely smooth power delivery....very civilised!
