Well I eventually got round to painting it and getting it on, so here it is......
Was a bit nervous when it came to the drilling bit, hoping the holes were right, not to easy to figure out, but sorted, put rubber grommits in to stop water getting in.
The old Halfords 282 Polar Sea Blue, was a good match, thought it was going to be a bit dodgy, as i used them before on the wifes Tigra, was a totally different colour.
Anyway, what you think????
Got it off ebay £15. Was Green when i got it.

BTW do you work for City Link by any chance? ::)

No, I used to bout 4 years ago, they were just delivering to the unit across the yard....
-
I like it....looks good :y
-
looks good is it really an L reg ,so clean for age :y :y :y
-
Yep it's a 94 L reg, was in a right state when I bought it. Got it from Ebay £200.
Have put alot of time into it, to get it to look good, I used an Electric MOP/Buffer with some G3, to get it back to the original paintwork, had to repray a few panels, but i think it looks ok.
It has done 162,000 miles now, still going strong, Needs a wishbone, and a cambelt change, these are on the list.
It is an ongoing project, will keep you all informed, on how it gets to the finish line...
Mark. :y

Like the look :y, it looks very smart and well done on the colour match i'd struggle if I was doing the same job myself.
I was lucky mine came in the colour of the car which was a bonus for me.
