No. Not finished yet met each goal I’ve set myself so far. Aiming for another 12 kg over the next year as I expect it to be much harder now.

Well done. Daughter and SIL are on the 6 /18(?) diet. Don’t eat until midday and evening, two meals per day, no starchy food at all. Both have lost over two stone and both feel good on it.

Well done Jimbob, that's a remarkable feat and you look so much better for it all .
Quite timely for me as I was diagnosed with non alchoholic fatty liver ( NAFLD) on Friday so being phase one obese a stringent regime of diet and excercise beckons .
