well no oil leaks around the bell housing or under the car which is park on the drive so not really sure wot to do with it now sell it or get it fixed mmmmmmm wot to do  :-/

Providing you have access to the equipment, having a look won't cost you anything...... if you do it yourself.

Sady no access to the equipment i wud need to do the work :'(.....its a lovely car tho so its best to sell it then for bits or parts  :-/

If the rest of the car is tidy it's worth getting a new clutch put in it IMO. Take it to a clutch specialist and it ptobably won't cost too much.

Very ture...as it got unmarked electric leather seats interior,electric heated seats even in the back which is odd,cruise control,never been smoked in...so i will put a new clutch i think as i really like it thanks again

Check what free play youv`e got at the clutch pedal, no play could lead to your clutch not fully releasing. Hence rapid wear of friction plate. Air in the hydraulics would more than likely cause difficulty engaging gears whether warm or cold and not likely to cause slipping.
I agree with Kevin regards oil contamination on the friction areas as a poosibilty, also a faulty pressure plate and /or release bearing mechanism.
I would think it`s got to come out for a look at
