The Twiglet Stable...
« on: 07 September 2012, 09:03:51 »

Having just picked up another Omega, I thought I'd post up a couple of quick pics of it parked up alongside my other one...

So here we have 2 facelift elite estates in black.... A 3.2 auto and a 2.2 dti manual...

I've got quite a bit of work to do on the dti to bring it up to scratch, but I'm happy I got it at a good price...

I really didn't hold out much hope of finding a 2.2 dti elite estate in black, so I'm a very happy Twiggy!  :y

I like.  :) Any rust?

Is that a replacement for the 3.2 or are you keeping that now?

A little bit of rust on the arches, which I'll be dealing with in due course.  None on the doors or tailgate though, which is a bonus!  :y

I'm now planning to keep the 3.2 as a weekend and car show special now, and keeping it absolutely mint!  The dti will become a bit of a workhorse, so I'm going to try and resist the temptation to make it too clean... Easier said than done with my OCD though... (Albs... shut it!!)  ;D
