Anyway.....time for my run. :)
You've got the runs? You should see a doctor.

Doctors are often the worst at diagnosing their own symptoms.  ::)

My dentist is f*ucking gorgeous. :-* :-* :-*

Petite and softly spoken. She is blonde and aged about 30. She told me she comes from Poland, Lithuania, or similar.

Because she gets so close it is impossible not to notice how feminine she smells. :)

Oh....and she has great teeth.

Well the lights have gone out in Lebanon.... literally! :o   And the entire country will be without power for about three days apparently!  :(

Also it's being reported that India has about 3 days of coal left!  :-\

The end of the world is nigh!  ::)

Things are getting worse, I'm afraid. Wholesale gas prices jumped 20% in one day yesterday according to The Times, and Brent crude oil is $82 a barrel from $77 last week.
In the same article it was reckoned that the price cap would rise by ~30%, or £400 next April.

There are other forecasted situations away from energy that don't look good, either, but that's for another thread.
ASDA fuel up 3p this morning, this from Reuters:

Brent crude was up $1.62 cents, or 2%, at $84.01 a barrel by 0914 GMT, The highest level since October 2018.
U.S. oil rose $1.95, or 2.5%, at $81.30 a barrel, the highest since late 2014.

The good news is that $80 a barrel is kinda the point where US oil fracking operations get profitable again, so hopefully those good ole boys will get fracking!  As they are not in OPEC there's no obligation to limit production either.  :y

Although that was what used to happen when Trumpy was in charge.  Senile Joe might have other ideas.  :-\

Hopefully you are right Uncle STEMO, but look what's happened here where clearly politics has trumped common sense where fracking has been banned and only the other day permission was refused for Shell to further explore and develop their Jackdaw gas field in the North Sea.  ::)

Maybe that will change and permission will quietly be granted once Flop26 has come and gone.  :-\

The US is still fracking enough oil to supply it's domestic market.

Edit, nearly enough
