Difficult decision about my children
« on: 10 October 2021, 20:59:55 »

Watching the TV adverts tonight and it suddenly struck me that all 4 of my kids are white , so in keeping with the spirit of the age I've decided that 2 of them will have to be swapped for some delightfully photogenic mixed race kids , question is , how do I pick which ones to swap ? any advice is gratefully received  ;)

Sorry, it's not that simple. Have you not seen the tv ads? You can keep one white one, then you have to have one Chinese, one Asian and one black one. One will have to be straight, one gay, one bisexual and one transgender.

Crack on.

And, if you and wifey decide on another child, that will have to be mixed race.

Why stop there?

Change the wife and have a gender reassignment yourself. Report back in ten years time how it went.

Just read a couple of reviews for 'The Larkins'

Apparently the diverse and inclusive cast is a representation of twenty first century Britain.

........yet it is still set in 1950's rural Kent. ;D

Yet more box ticking. :-X

Except it's not. If these tv shows/ads were representative, half the population of the UK would be ethnic. No longer ethnic minority.
Another problem is that the low IQ of the general public leads them to believe that it is a true reflection of society.

In 2020, of the 67.8 million people in the UK.....87.2% white

Black African and Caribbean 3%.

I'm all for representation :y.....but not replacement. :-\

I settled down to watch it thinking it might replicate the gentle entertainment of the Darling Buds of May from years ago , nice for a Sunday evening ...
However after a short time I realised that it had been adulterated by fear and the scriptwriters had capitulated once again .
I won't watch it again ........................it was merde anyway . ;D

Is this a good idea?

The vast majority of men are not brown hatters.

We want Superman to save the world, not bend over and take it up the arse.

Exactly who will this breed of superhero appeal to? :-\

It might be for the best if James Bond has seduced his last Bond girl.

The new Bond will need to be a homosexual who votes for the Lib Dems. :-X

In 2021 and beyond I think it will be acceptable for a Bond girl to have a penis.

She'll still be a girl though. ::)

Didn't that happen way back in 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only. A model who used the name Tula (Caroline Cossey) was born Barry Cossey I believe. Following her appearance in the film, she was outed as transgender.

This does ring a bell.

My favourite Bond girl (Jane Seymour) didn't have anything that banged against her thighs as she walked. :)
