Four pot wishbones - any difference to V6?
« on: 21 February 2021, 20:55:15 »

Got a 2.0 to do the wishbones on tomorrow. Is the procedure any different to doing the V6, IE bolt access or location?

I can use my northern monkey arms to tighten everything on the ground on mine but just want to know what I'm lined up for :D

The engine's narrower, so access will be a bit easier.
Otherwise, it's all the same - a nice straightforward job

Absolutely identical, even down to the geometry settings.

The only noticeable difference is that the bolts are easier to access from above because half the v6 cylinder heads are missing ;D

And you'll never guess what... The job is the same for Omegas with diesels too ;D

Just to say thanks to GastronomicKleptomaniac, for coming over and helping me do the control arms.  Got them sorted and had a good laugh at the same time.
