What a lousy start to 2014

Weather wise  :(

Been chucking it down most of the day here....

Got home about 3.30pm and noticed an overflowing gutter on the extension back of the house....got soaked clearing the leaves from the downpipe.... :(

Took HD for a walk, as she was nagging me....about 5.30pm......got soaked again  :(

Now, while im waiting for the roast tatties to be done....i can hear the rain lashing down on the dining room window....

Still its nice and warm in the house.....and im not going out again today  :y

Yep, it has been bad down here in Kent as well.  Been in doors, yet again, as to go out and get wet being blown around was not appealing! ;D

Wimps! I've been out three times with my dog. Hour and a half this morning, and wash her when we got home. Again....wimps!

Had quite a wet and windy drive home from Daventry this afternoon but Mig coped very well. ;D

Drove the TD to Winchester and back in appalling conditions ... fuel consumption plummeted to under 30 mpg >:(

Now got Mrs Seth cooking me dinner ... whilst I crack into:



And as for walking this little fella:



... he can walk himself ... to the patio :o

Horrible weather here too, chucking it down most of the day. The river is very high and extremely fast flowing today :o

Wet and breezy up here too, not stepped outside the door today, but back to work tomorrow.... ::) ::)
