hya im new to oof , my husband is a member (v6fletch) ive just been lucky enough to buy an mv6 estate.owned a toyota celica (which is now for sale) until i got this omega, my young family an my husband no longer fit in her so sadly she has to go . im not a family-car type of person and have always owned sporty cars, but my husband an omega freinds guarantee the best of both worlds now .Heres to making many good friends .

Over the weekend my hubby took Lady Olivia for a ride out to spectate at the Legend fires Norbreck stage rally at Fleetwood/Blackpool. all was going good until Lady Olivia said she wasnt going to come home until she'd had her photo taken posing against one of the local landmarks to show her mummy when she got home... i dont know , these classy birds do like drawing attention to themselves !!

General Car Chat / crankshaft sensor 2.0 sri vectra

Hi guys i know its not an omega but knowing what a helpful bunch you lot are  just thought i would ask.

A mate of mine has a w reg 2.0ltr vectra sri (poor lad) he has a crankshaft sensor to fit ,is it a difficult job, anyone got ant tips or advice,is it the same engine as the 2ltr omega? is there a maintanance guide for it ?

Any help much apprechiated

Well what can i say, took my car to wollaton hall, Nottingham on sunday to a mulit car meet and she won " best car overall"  was a good turn out from the OOF members(YOU DID US PROUD GUYS ),nice yo meet you all, still dont know why my car won as there was some cracking motors there, most much better than mine (IMHO) but hey ho "Lady Olivia " won, thanks to Guy ( amigomv6 ) for selling me such a great car ( bet u wished you kept her now lol ) Looking forward to meeting more members at the lakes meet in june.

General Car Chat / Back on the road so a happy bunny again

Well Lady Olivia has been off the road for almost 2 weeks due to an earth fault ( think thats what it was ) I live in the middle of nowhere so have been trapped in my prison of a home, today she is up and running again thanks to Marky Mark, i know some of you have an issue with him but i personally cant knock the guy, if not for him god knows how long it would have taken to find the problem.Since buying the car from Guy iv had a few small teething problems with her but hopefully i can now enjoy some happy motoring in my lovely Omega (fingers crossed)

 I sorry if im speaking out of term here ( to the male members ) but why do some male members on here seem to like to have a go ( those words are within the forum guidelines !!!could have said a lot worse !) at women ,sexist coments about bad driving, blonde jokes and boobs,? why seems to me the little click groups will stick together and carry on and get away with it a friend of mine bought an omega a few weeks ago,she saw the " OMEGAOWNERS,COM" Stickers on my car, she looked and was discusted at what she saw, is this what you want ? if so i will take the forum stickers out my car ....why advertise a forum that is not welcome to everyone..... just to add my brothe has also looked and said as a man he would not join !!!

Im really fed up,its my birthday and im stuck in the house,Lady Olivia is off the road(has been since last saturday! alternator breaked,got another one but no one to fit it !)and my son is ill,keeps throwing up,what a way to spend me birthday

I got my great 3ltr mv6 estate from Guy a week ago, all good ! sold my toyota celica today all good, asked my son to post the letter to DVLA with new owner details on, all good !! , till i realised he had posted the envelope with the cash from my celica in it and not the  envelope with the V5 in it  !!!!!!! happy days !!!!!

I Just wanted to say a big thank you to AmigoMV6 ( GUY ) for selling me such a fab car, i know there has been alot of discussion on the forum about this car, im hoping s**t dont stick with this car, i also know the previous owner Mark and i know he is having personal problems and would not deceive anyone intentionally, he is a good guy. I am hoping to attend some of the meetings in the future and am hoping i will  not get any grief or abuse because of the vehicle i have, Thanks , Tracey
