'99 3.0 Elite - Some minor jobs to do
« on: 10 June 2010, 21:41:29 »

Hello!

Picked up my car today, a '99 T 3.0 Elite Auto with A/C.

Couple of the old tell tale rust spots in the usual places, but other wise body & interior is generally good if in need of a thorough valet. There again the car has been laid up for several months.  :o

I know that I've gotta replace the rad fan switch as the rad fans are not kicking in so had to drive all the way home with the heaters on ful pelt with the windows open.  :P

Next jobbie is a new battery for the beast. It has a OEM vauxhall battery that has seen better days.

After that I need to do the front pads, a new offside HID bulb.

Will be posting separately in the leccy section as I'm gonna need to get the codes for the CCRT700 & Blaupunkt CD changer. The car pass is friggin well missing  :'(  >:(

Otherwise, cant really grumble £300 has got me a whole load of car.  :)

Pass will only give you the code of the unit/s that were fitted at the factory

It's a good bet that a radio like the ccrt700 will be its original.  ;) If not DaveDND can help.  :y
