Friend of mine bought 2003 2.2 saloon. AC did not work so he got the system filled. Blowed cold for a while but not anmore. Most propable a leakage somewhere but where. How to start?

Omega General Help / AR-25 Sump Bolts, Risk of Snap...

So, time to change gear box oil, 280 000 km behind and still original oils in there. Everything works very well with this gear box but I just changed new radiator which had in built oil cooler for gearbox so thought I have to add a bit. The guy which I visited proposed that he would like to change the oil & filter as that work should be carried out after each 100 000 km. Agreed to meet him tomorrow morning but he warned me that there is a risk that the sump bolts (after having been there 20 years) can snap which really means a bigger job than expected. Is there a risk of that with AR-25?

Should this bulb in button light althouh hazard lights are not on? When I press the button hazard lights start to blink and button bulp, too. When I put hazard lights off they go off but button bulp remains on (not blinking anymore) perhaps 50% of intensity, never seen this before, what is going on?

...not totally bad yet but I was a bit afraid of the the situation when changed rear shocks yesterday. It has been talked here that those spare parts "spare cups" are not available. How to repair if spares are not available?

Cannot find the list of torque anymore, where is it? Is the right torque with old bolts just 50 Nm as in guide here or 50Nm +60+15 degrees what is in GM guide. What to use here?

Omega General Help / Rear wheel bearing change continued

So, old bearing on the floor, nothing broken yet. I have tools to push new bearing in and I am now designin a nut system to pull the hub back in. Next I should install the flange to the inner side. How that tool should look like?
