hi all

i have just had anough of ebay now ive bourght 3 tech 2 software disk now and i cant get any of them to work. dose anyone have one that dose work that they could send me a copy of or no where i can get a good working copy of tech 2 from.\many thanks

Unfortunately the code readers sold as Tech 2 on Ebay (nothing like the real thing, by the way!) have very poor software.

They are mostly in Hungarian language, and will only really work successfully on a computer with a proper serial port and of the right CPU speed.

Variants with a usb interface are even more temperamental.

As per Kevin Wood's reply - its a tempremental thing, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Its really fussy on which computer it works with.

If you can get it to work, all well and good. If you can't, thats just the way it is.
