Title: headlight level sensor different??

Just gone to replace miggy's front H/light sensor with new PNo VOO93165414
Recently ordered through AndyC
Seems there's a problem which is:-
The new sensor has a different connector
An updated male connector comes with the kit
However the 3 feed wires comeing from the new male connector are different colours to the wires feeding the old sensor
The diagram that comes with the kit shows a simple cut/join with no identifiers/indicators 
The new connector update Terminal No 1 is Grey
                                                 No 2 is not used
                                                 No 3 is not used
                                                 No 4 is  Black
                                                 No 5 is  Red
                                                 No 6 is not used
Miggy's 3 loom wires are                            Brown/white Tracer
                                                            Brown/Red Tracer
                                                             Black/Brown Tracer
I'm  now at a loss how to connect the wires
Can anyone kindly help or has done this job before?

Recheck your wiring you may find it's grey not white. The colours listed on the new switch relate to the trace colours on the old wiring.

Looks like jobs a good un
Least the fault display's gone ;D ;D
For the record colour is grey not white :-[
