If there is not one here, I can recommend these people: http://www.carcooling.co.uk/catalog/Vauxhall_Omega_B_94_03-1245-1.html

I would call them rather than just order online however.

The connections differ so double check against whats on your car, suspect you need the £60 one :-\

Bought from them several times before and can't fault either the service or the prices. Again, would ring as you might be able to get it delivered tomorrow  :y

Is it worth even considering buying a used one when a brand new one is under £70 delivered?
Of course, if your neighbour begs you to take a barely used one out of his shed that's a different matter ;D

Iv not been on - sorry... We away in our tintent at the moment and t'internet is limited....

Anyhoo, Iv ordered a new radiator from 1 of the links above (thanks Al) and also a complete HG set with all gaskets etc... too. Might end up buying a new oil cooler too yet, may as well change that with engine being apart...

Will also be changing cams and exhaust headers too, going from 4 G cams to 2 G and 2 A's, also changing the exhaust headers for the 2.6/3.2 headers, just to give it a bit of oomph hopefully...

Engine is coming up to 160K now so is starting to get a bit tired, but I'll keep on plodding with it to keep it running....

Thanks folks :)

Yeah I guess LOL

Anyhoo...

Fitted the radiator I ordered whilst away in our tintent, its actually the wrong type BUT all thats missing is the 2 pipes for the after-run pump... Just removed that pipework and pump and its been fine so-far...

HG set didn't turn up as the order got cancelled by the seller, them saying its been damaged whilst in storage, even though the picture shows it being well and truly OK....

So Iv not changed the HG's as theres no need to now as all that was wrong was the radiator had decided to let go...

Dunno how the radiator has been on, it could well be the original that was fitted at the factory....

Going to change the oil as its due a change anyway, so will be getting on with that sometime over the next week or so...

Thanks for the link Al, much appreciated :)

This is where the rad split...

Ignore the jubilee clip, that was just a feeble attempt to sort out the rad whilst we was on our little jaunt away in our tintent...

And how our little holiday ended....

It was the most economical trip my Omega has ever had, and actually the first time its ever had to be recovered too...

BTW the rad hadn't split as bad as it is in the pic before we went away, it was a very small weep it had but gradually got worse over the last week until it eventually just let-go....
