Tracking
« on: 30 March 2008, 21:07:50 »

I need my tracking doing, but when I went to my usual tyre firm, they checked their book and said they could not do it because the car needed to be weighted.
They sent me to another company who quoted about £100 and said it would take about 1 1/2 hours.
I notice Richierich had his done for £24ish.
Am I being conned or is their a problem with tracking Omega's?

I would recommend not wasting money on tracking or '4 wheel alignments' but to get the entire geometry sorted :y

Would it be right to assume the £100 is for the geometry check?
Would that be about the right price?

When i check with Chemix told me that the cost would be £70 all in.Full set up £100 is about right for some places .

For mine it just had to have a small ajust to the front wheels and it was £30.Less than i was dredding :y
