Darn sight better than yours. ;D ;D Very small "line" of surface rust at bottom of n/s rear, scratch (will polish out) below moulding on n/s front both o/s are excellent. Pics of the areas in question.
Scratch

Rust line, not very good pic, about an inch long

Ok, they are held on with very strong strips of double sided foam tape.  Use a very sharp and thin, 2 - 3 wide paint scraper, and work from above and below the trim to cut through the tape.  The doors are scrap anyway, so it doesn't matter about damaging them.  The trick is to work a bit at a time, and let the scraper to the work.  Don't force it and bend the trim.

Once off, clean all the remaining tape off, and use thinners to clean any muck, glue, grease, etc off the trim.

Then use tigerseal or similar to fix to the new doors, or buy some new foam tape, or put down to your local Autoglass and chuck the branch fitter a tenner to prime and glue them on with windscreen adhesive.  Lots of different options here, but if you're not confident I'd use the Autoglass route.  Just as long as you never want to take them off again!!  :o

Thanks Twiglet :y

The scraper, presumably, will only penetrate 2 or 3 mm from top and bottom - cant remember how big the tape is.  Guess its a job best described as 'fiddly' ?

Cheers

IIRC the tape is approx. 12mm thick.  You'll find that as you get started from one end, you will be able to get the scraper in square on from that end, and wiggle the handle up and down whilst applying firm, controlled pressure.  Patience is absolutely the key.  Lots of little breaks for a cuppa.  ;)  If you overdo it and slip, you WILL bend the trim, at that will be that.  :'(
